Why I am writing

When writing a paper or anything in general, you have to have a purpose. Purpose is the reason why you are writing. For example, the purpose of me making this site is for me to know my progress in English throughout the Engl 11000 class.

Throughout the Engl 11000 class, there were so many assignments with different purposes. In the “Diagnostic Essay – Letter to the Instructor”, we had to write and introduce ourselves to Professor Carr, along with an artifact that was important to us.

You can never write a paper or anything without a purpose or goal. There should always be a goal you have to accomplish with what you are writing.
